Aluvisa offers different services for all it's products.
Aluvisa has three engineering offices located in Mexico City, Monterrey and Queretaro.
For the consulting and development services, engineering pre-construction, design assist, etc. we have our partner company FED (Facade’s Engineering Design).
Our scope:
› Shop drawings
› Thermic, acoustic and structural calculations
› Consulting and LEED certification
› Fabrication sheet and production orders
› BIM (Building Information Model) 3D
› Manufacturing programing through Revit, Solid Work, Elusoft and SICAR
› Mock Up testing
› Budget and cost engineering
IT – Technology
For the design, engineering and manufacturing we have this softwares.
Some of our systems have been tested and certificated by independent laboratories in the USA, Europe and Argentina.
Our manufacturing center in Queretaro has a full size chamber for mock up air-water static infiltration testing.
Also Aluvisa has a lot of experience in field testing, providing this service in projects requested by our clients.
Aluvisa has two manufacturing plants located in Queretaro and Mexico City, also when the dimension and location of the project requires, we implement temporally assembly plants for our systems.
Our manufacturing process starts with the engineering production through Revit, Solid Works, SICAR and Elusoft software’s, where we communicate with all our CNC equipment’s.
We also have ERP - SAP and SICAR for the complete management for our process starting with in the budget, control inventory, manufacturing production including bar code and identification of every single product of our systems.
All our unit assembly, glazing, packing and final shipping of our products have glass and aluminum automatic manipulators and cranes. (For reference see our manufacturing plant)
Aluvisa has more than 50 years of history. During does years we have successfully been able to coordinate the projects following our standard operative procedures and quality control.
Our goals are: safety, quality and on time execution.
We have an important project portfolio that supports our experience in some of the most complex Mexican and Latin American projects, just to mention some of them, in Mexico City we have participate in the installation of the iconic Museum Soumaya, some Sky scrapers as Torre Mayor, Reforma Bicentenary, Torre Latino and Torre Quarzo.
In Monterrey, Torre Pabellon M, Torre Sofia, Equus and Torre Koi, which is at the moment of his inauguration the tallest Sky scrapper in the country.
Currently we are executing Torre Mitikah that will be the tallest sky scrapper of Mexico City.
In Latin America we have presence in six countries with several projects such as: Torre Westin and Clinica Delgado in Lima, Peru and Santiago Marriott and Torre Isidora in Santiago de Chile.
For our export projects we have two different commercialization policies.
For Central and South America
We offer our engineering services with KD (Knocked Down) manufactured supply of our curtain and window wall systems associating with local partners who will be in charge of the final assembly and installation of our systems.
We have projects in the following central and South America countries:

For USA and Canada
We offer engineering, material supplies, manufacturing, assembly, shipping, and final exportation.
